Unfortunately, rush production is not available at this time as it could upset other customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you require your order by a certain date and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. However, we strive to provide all of our customers with the same quality product and the same level of service. Therefore, in the interest of fairness and respect for all customers, we cannot offer services beyond our regular production schedules at this time.

None. As a fully digital printer, we do not require the use of plates, nor do we require significant setup time in order to print your labels, so no fees of that nature are required.

No, we do not offer free design work. However, we do have an in-house pre-press team that will look over your art to make sure it’s correctly prepped for production.

We accept cash, credit/debit, check, ACH and wire transfers.

We currently collect payment when the order is placed, so we don’t accept purchase orders that get paid at a later date. Feel free to contact us about this.

We do not offer payment terms. We ask for payment upon order. Our acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit/debit card, ACH, wire transfer and check. If you have questions related to this, let us know!

We do not offer special pricing for distributors/resellers. We have a large amount of returning customers so everyone’s pricing is the same. 

In order to be tax-exempt you will need to send us a tax-exempt form. Once we verify tax exemption, we’ll note it on your account and your future orders will be exempt.

Yes we do offer volume discounts, when contacting our Customer Care team they will provide you with a pricing sheet that contains all of our pricing tiers.

When you reorder an item from a previous order without changing the size, product type, or artwork, this means we don’t need to make changes to the proof you already approved. In these cases, we will send previous proof to you again to ensure you don’t want to make any modifications.

If you’re not satisfied with your order you can contact our Customer Care team and we’ll come up with the best solution to solve the problem.


Shipping is free with every order!

We utilize UPS & Fedex ground services. Depending on your location the delivery time varies. See the map below for estimated transit times from our location.

If you’re local to our Clinton Twp, Michigan facility you can absolutely pick-up your order.

We utilize Fedex, UPS and sometimes utilize freight depending on the size of the order. 

Yes. And we offer FREE shipping to Canada (duties and taxes on the shipment are taken care of for you too!).

Yes, once your order ships, you will get an automatic email with your tracking number.

Yes, you can blind drop-ship your order. Just select the blind drop-ship checkbox when you’re checking out. 

If your order hasn’t already departed, we can invoice you the overnight cost and ship it Fedex Priority Overnight.
